Cooperation agreement between Compart and Document Dialog
Compart takes over the businesses of Document Dialog GmbH in Germany - the Dutch and Belgian Document Dialog will become resellers for Compart products
[Böblingen, September 11, 2009] – Compart and Document Dialog have signed a cooperation agreement which creates a close collaboration between the two companies: Compart Germany has taken over the employees, businesses and customer service on the 1st of August 2009 of Document Dialog GmbH in Bielefeld (Germany). In addition Document Dialog in the Netherlands and Belgium will assume responsibility for sales and customer service for Compart clients in the Benelux countries.
With the absorption of all employees of the German Document Dialog at the Bielefeld site, a new branch office of Compart Germany (Compart Deutschland GmbH) is established. In so doing, the sales and service subsidiary of Compart AG also expands its product portfolio around the solutions of Document Dialog in Bielefeld and integrates them into existing Compart solutions.
As part of this cooperation agreement Document Dialog B.V. in Bunnik (The Netherlands) and Document Dialog N.V. in Heverlee (Belgium) become resellers of Compart products in the Benelux countries. With this addition to its sales and service activities, Document Dialog considerably expands its offering and extends the customer base in the Benelux market.
Harald Grumser, chairman of the board at Compart AG, sees in this agreement a consequent continuation of the goals to support Compart solutions in the market with a strong sales and service structure: "By taking these measures we have been able to bring on board a very strong partner, a well established supplier of output management solutions in the Benelux countries. Its established presence and capabilities are the best preconditions to support existing customers and the basis for winning new clients in this market. And in Germany projects being done by Document Dialog complement very nicely the set of solutions offered up until now. We are also very pleased about our new colleagues, swelling as they do our urgently required project capacity to implement projects based on the current increasing demand for our DocBridge Pilot product."
Dick Kakebeeke, member of the board of the Document Dialog group, emphasizes the expansion of the portfolio: "With the Compart products we can offer a much wider spectrum of products for output management in the Benelux-market. In particular for DocBridge Pilot we see a very high potential with our customers, and therefore a number of interesting projects awaiting us."
